Crazy over basketball
I'm crazy over basketball again! I haven been looking through youtube and other sites on informations regarding fundamentals of shooting, dribbling, passing, etc.
Think first of all I really need to start working out. Must start doing short runs and long distance jog to train up my stamina. Then hit the gym to tone my muscules. Hehe.
Hmmm, I guess I should also do swimming at least twice a week.
Think my training routine shall be;
1) Jog at least 25km per week
2) Swim at least once per week
3) Sit-ups/ Crunches and Push-ups are a must - daily.
4) Launches/ side launch to train my stability and strength.
I guess I need to start next week :D
